Essa distância de Deus, essa falta de sintonia com os valores do Evangelho, cria um ambiente que é resistente à purificação espiritual. É como um corpo doente que se recusa ao tratamento. Dentro dessa narrativa, acredita-se que, pouco antes da revelação desses segredos, algo muito sério e grave acontecerá no mundo, algo talvez sem precedentes na história recente. Essa tribulação, esse grande “chacoalhão”, seria justamente o que, para muitas pessoas, fará parar e começar a prestar atenção na sua vida espiritual. Our Lady, in this context, does not want us to wait for times of great tribulation and the revelation of the secrets to seek conversion. The opportune time is now, the time of grace that is given to us today. The urgency is not in the arrival of the secrets, but in our response to the call to conversion and prayer in this moment.

And while many, unfortunately, live oblivious or indifferent to this spiritual urgency and the depth of what is being communicated, there are reports of people who, upon opening themselves up to this reality, experienced something so strong, so palpable, that their reactions were physical and uncontrollable, a silent testimony of the power of what is at stake. This is not just a passing emotion or a beautiful feeling provoked by a propitious environment.
